Liana & Jordan

It all began in July 2018 at Hy-Vee, where our paths first crossed while working together. By October, our conversations expanded beyond work, and in December, our shared love of Christmas helped us realize just how much we had in common. Bonding over our similar music tastes, love for food and adventuring, a relationship began to blossom.

On Valentine's Day 2019, we went on our first official date. Jordan surprised Liana with roses (purchased with his very last dime!) and took her to an arcade in Lincoln.

In the days following that date, we spent countless late nights talking on the phone, discovering the many things we had in common. On February 22, 2019, we officially began dating.

From road trips to Colorado, to fishing, hiking, and even zip-tying a bumper back onto Liana's car in a sketchy Walmart parking lot, our relationship grew stronger through every shared experience. In May 2022, we took the next big step and moved in together, followed shortly by welcoming Finn, our Golden Retriever, into our lives.

In December 2023, during a snowy getaway in Breckenridge, CO, Jordan got down on one knee and asked Liana to marry him! Now, we're counting down the days until we say "I do" and embark on the next chapter of our lives.
